I am looking for a new female roommatestudents or working womento share an apartment with me and another roommate.
Good command of the Dutch language is required!
The apartment is newly built and located on the Amstel River. In the summer, you can relax on our terrace or by the water with a nice drink.
The metro is 200 meters away, taking you to the center of Amsterdam in just a few minutes. The HVA, UVA, VU, and Zuidas are all within 15 minutes. All amenities are nearby.
The apartment itself consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and a terrace. It has a total surface area of 198m2.
The two bedrooms available for rent have an area of 13m2, along with a shared bathroom and toilet. In addition, there is a small storage room, a bicycle storage room, and amenities such as a dryer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Would you like the room to be furnished? This can be arranged in consultation.
Now a little about myself. I will soon be starting a degree in Artemis and Art History. I also dance a lot of salsa and am very athletic.
I am sociable and fun to be around, but I also find peace and quiet at home very important. It's nice when we can have a drink together, but also have our own lives and rhythms. Cleanliness and respect for each other are paramount to me.
The property is owned by my father. The house must be kept clean and tidy. Cleanliness is very important.
I am looking for a neat, sociable, and independent housemate (non-smoker, no couples). Preferably over the age of 23 (minimum 18, maximum 30). I would like to learn more about you through the questions below about your hobbies, interests, and school/work situation.
The rent is 1300 per person per month, including the costs for gas, water, electricity, service, and Wi-Fi. The deposit is 2 months' rent.
