Due to a last minute cancellation , a beautiful furnished room is available in a spacious and bright apartment, located in the historic city center of Amsterdam, in the Jordaan area, surrounded by the citys iconic canals (grachten), historic houses, cafés, boutiques, and local markets.

The apartment is light-filled and spacious, and just a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, offering a perfect balance between vibrant city life and a calm, comfortable home.

The room is intended for preferably a female housemate who is in Amsterdam for studies or work, for a period of minimum 6 months and maximum 1 year.

The room is furnished and includes the essential furniture:

a single bed

a chest of drawers

a wardrobe

The apartment is shared with a small family (mother and a 14-year-old child).

Therefore, it is important that the new housemate is quiet, responsible, and respectful. This is a home meant to relax and unwind after a busy day in the city.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Registration is possible.

Rent: 1,050 per month, all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, and internet).
