Kamer in Lange Leidsedwarsstraat

Hey there!

Im looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to share my 3+1 apartment (55m²) located on Lange Leidsedwarstraat. Youll be sharing the space with just me a 33-year-old bar manager at a 5-star hotel and my super friendly Golden Retriever, who loves good vibes and belly rubs.

About the Apartment:

Location: Lange Leidsedwarstraat (Central, vibrant area)

Size: 55m², fully furnished, cozy and well-maintained

Room: Spacious, with enough room for a comfortable setup

Common Areas: Living room, kitchen, and a bathroom (all shared)

Rent: 1,250/month + Bills (around 75 each)

Ps: There is a third room(9m2) which we can decide together how to use it.

Ps: Registration possible. Contract will be minimum 1 year.

Ps: I also just moved in a month ago without furniture. So I am buying shared area furniture and equipment. You will only have to furnish your room, which you may find in photos.
