Kamer in Leenhofstraat

Were looking for a new housemate to join our mixed household in Amsterdam Nieuw-West (Geuzenveld). The apartment is currently home to a couple (both working) and two students. We speak English at home, so no worries if your Dutch isnt perfect!

The furniture on the picture is from the flatmate thats moving to another room within the house. It comes with standard Ikea closet and desk (see video from previous flatmate), but no bed.

The room is located in a two-level apartment on the 4th and 5th floor, right on Lambertus Zijlplein. Supermarkets like AH, Vomar, Kruidvat, Zeeman, and lots of local shops are just a 2-minute walk away. Lidl is about 10 minutes on foot. Public transport is super convenient: tram 13 (30 min to Amsterdam Central) stops right at the square, and buses can take you to Sloterdijk (10 min), Central Station (30 min), or Schiphol (30 min). Free street parking available!

All appliances in shared spaces are free to use

Rent includes: utilities (gas/water/electricity), city taxes, and internet.

Aged between 22 and 31

Working or doing a masters program

Comfortable living in an English-speaking home

Respectful of shared spaces and others schedules (some of us work irregular hours peaceful vibes at home are appreciated!)
