Hi! One of the residents of our lovely apartment near Gaasperplas is working abroad for six months starting April 1st. Thats why were looking for a temporary subtenant for this period.

The apartment is 130m² in total and fully furnished. You will have your own bedroom (14m²), a separate office space (9m²), and a private toilet. You will share the living room, kitchen, dining area, balcony, and bathroom with the other housemate (Gianni, 26, m). The apartment is located in a quiet and green area, just a 4-minute walk from Gaasperplas metro station.

The rent is 1000 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and taxes. The deposit is 2000.
