Rent: 800/month (incl. gas, water, electricity & internet)

Maximum stay of 9 months, with a 1-month trial period

Agreement based on trust and mutual understanding, for 6 months, with the

possibility of extension.

Looking for

Female housemate (1 person only)

Working or studying (preferably mature and tidy)

Non-smoker (no weed), no drugs

Occasionally sharing a meal together is welcome

The shared rooms will be cleaned and kept tidy together

Im looking for a housemate with a healthy daynight rhythm someone whos

active during the day, as I value a calm and quiet evening.

English speakers are welcome (no need to speak Dutch)
