Kamer in Overtoom

We're looking for a new housemate (female) to join our lovely, spacious flat right in the heart of Amsterdam. The apartment is 163m² (including a balcony), and your room is approximately 40 m² big. The location is honestly one of the best just a 1-minute walk to Leidseplein and 3 minutes to Vondelpark. Super central but still cozy and peaceful, with everything within easy reach.

The flat is fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, and the balcony (which has a BBQ and is perfect for chilling on sunny days). The living room has a big comfy sofa where we often hang out.

Youll be sharing the place with two girls: one from Japan and one from Kazakhstan. We both work full-time (one in sustainability, the other in marketing), and weve lived in Amsterdam for 4+ years with different housemates. We love to cook together and keep the apartment clean we follow a simple weekly cleaning schedule and respect each others space.

Were looking for someone who:

is super clean and responsible (important!)

is chill and not too loud

doesnt smoke

has experience living with others

is international (non-Dutch)
