In the photo, a spot in the room is indicated with a green arrow. This is to show where the tenant can place a clothing rack with hangers. This can be arranged by the landlord for a one-time fee of 30.

About the apartment:

The space is a private room in an apartment in Amsterdam Oud-West. The apartment is located in the Oud-West neighbourhood of Amsterdam. On the same floor as the room the tenant will occupy, there is a beautiful rooftop terrace with a lounge area, a barbecue, and a table with chairs.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The area is full of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, and there is a Jumbo supermarket directly across the street.

On the lower floor, there is a living room which, as shown in the photos, is open to the kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are also located on this floor. These spaces are shared with two other residents who live in the apartment permanently.
