We have the top floor of our house available end of April through to September in Osdorp/Nieuwe West. The duration can be extended for longer term if there is a good fit.

The location is just a few minutes walk from Tram 1, Bus 369 and 5mins bike to Osdorpplein and all the supermarkets you would ever need.

The room is modestly furnished with a bed frame, mattress and desk. The apartment gets all day sun, has a large living room with a little outdoor area, newly renovated kitchen, main bathroom and extra toilet. There is extra storage if needed.

Rent is 1075 all inclusive and 500 refundable deposit. You will be sharing my home with myself, my partner and our little dog. We are in our late 30s. I work from home most of the week.

Were looking for someone who is chill, tidy and will treat the place like a home as we do. This place is unsuitable for couples and preference is for someone who doesnt work from home.
