Kamer in Rozenstraat

I am looking for a nice housemate who wants to share this apartment.

The apartment is located in De Jordaan, close to Prinsengracht. The location is very central and there are a lot of nice bars and cafés around.

The room layout isn't entirely clear from the photos. What's currently the living room/kitchen will become my bedroom. The other room is yours.

Because we share the kitchen, which is in my room, I'd like to arrange that you can use it in the evenings.

It's important to me to have a good connection.

I work 5 days a week and I am (preferably) looking for someone who is also working. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, theater, and sports.

Houserules:

- Silence hours on weekdays between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This also means no phone calls or loud conversations.

- Keeping things clean and tidy

- You can use the kitchen in the evenings. When it comes to the afternoons, its okay with me if you use it every now and then. For breakfast you could put a small fridge in your room.

You can stay for at least 3 months, and if we click, indefinitely.
