We are looking for a new roommate to join our house (women only)!

A lovely, bright room (18 square meters) becomes available on November 1st, 2025 in our shared house in Amsterdam. It is located on the third floor; its comfortable and spacious with a great view due to the unobstructed windows on opposite sides. The room was recently renovated to a cozy style, and the space is overall very enjoyable. It is currently equipped with a fitted floor, curtains, a bed, a desk and a closet.

You would be living in a quiet neighbourhood with 5 other women who are working or studying. At short walking distance, you will find Jumbo, AH, a pharmacy, stops for tram 1 and 2, plus a few buses.

The house itself is very spacious, it has an open kitchen with living room of 30sqm, 2 large bathrooms with a shower and a smaller one without a shower. From the living room, you can also enter a spacious garden with a deck on the canal. The garden is great to have lunch and spend the afternoon in summer!

All appliances in the kitchen are free for everyone to use, including coffee machine, cookware, toaster, fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and shelf space.

The surrounding area is very green, surrounded by parks, lakes and canals.

A few conditions stand: you must be a woman and a non-smoker. Exceptions are made to the last rule, but smoking is only allowed outside of the house (we do enforce this).

The room is 750 per month, inclusive.

The deposit is 950.

The room is fully furnished, and the furniture has to be taken over from the current tenant for 800.
