I am subletting a room in my 80 m² apartment in Centrumeiland, just 5 minutes walk from the new tram station, 20 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station, and 5 minutes from Strandeiland beach.

- Single bed that converts into a double bed

- Fully equipped apartment

- Workspace in the living room with a desk, dual monitors, and keyboard, to be shared with me (flexible arrangement depending on our remote-working schedules)

I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and sociable. Ideal as a temporary solution for someone moving to Amsterdam or needing a place to stay while searching for more permanent accommodation.
