Were a family of four (two parents, one energetic 5-year-old, and one adorable but occasionally noisy 4-month-old ). Were looking for a temporary renter for one spacious room (4x5 m²) in our cozy apartment.

Well be moving to Spain for the long term starting April 2026, so for now were offering just the room, but later we might rent out the entire apartment possibly for a different price.

The Room

The Home

Our home is comfy, clean, and plant-filled (yes, we love our green friends ).

Youll share the apartment with us and our kids so were looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and family-friendly.

Recently renovated bathroom with bathtub + rain shower.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, airfryer, instant pot, washing machine, etc.)

Fast internet, TV, streaming services included

Quiet area with lots of light and greenery.

Shopping center (Plus, Lidl, butcher, fish shop, parcel point) just 5 minutes away.

Bus stop within 5 minutes

3 minutes by bus to North Metro, then 4 minutes to Central Station total ~12 minutes to the city center

Rent: 1000 p/m (incl. utilities, internet & streaming)

Deposit: 1 months rent

Available: from mid-October until April 2026

Extension: possible we might rent the whole apartment later on
