Kamer in Strandeilandlaan

Hi

We are looking for a flatmate for a furnished room in IJburg from the 1st of January. This is a Dam CoLiving flat shared with me and one other person.

Important information:

- The rent is 1150 inclusive

- Long-term contract with registration (1 calendar month notice)

- 2000 eur deposit

- I really like living here, the views are beautiful, quiet location but well-connected (top floor with a balcony on each side, bus stop in front of the house). Commute to Amsterdam Center/Zuid is 20-40 minutes.

- Your flatmates will be me (29, female, Hungarian) and Kimi (34, male, Finnish)

- We are a relaxed household, both working full time, and generally live our own lives, but chat in the apartment when we are around. We try to keep a tidy house. We are looking for someone with a similar vibe, easy-going, calm, with a full-time job/studies, who is happy to share meals/ a cup of tea, but also has their own life going on. Visitors are welcome, we both have families abroad and are happy to host if friends/family come to visit.

-Viewings on the 18th of December from 10:00-21:00, so please make sure you are available sometime in that timeframe. We want to make a decision the same day :)
