Kamer in Sumatrakade

Looking for someone to share my appartment on Java-island with, between May and July (dates negotiable). It concerns a spacious 16 m² room with a view of the IJ. The apartment itself is 90 m², has a separate shower and toilet, a balcony and storage. It is only a 10-minute ride from Central Station by public transport or bike, but located in a quiet neighborhood!

You will share the house with me: Im in my late 30s, work hybrid as a data analyst, and enjoy nature, outdoor sports, dancing, and plants. Ive been living in Amsterdam for 2 years, but I also spend a lot of time in Portugal, where my boyfriend lives. Im looking for someone who, like me, appreciates a calm and tidy home, maybe open to having a cup of tea together, but also respects each others need for personal space.

The rent and utilities are shared and amount to 1060 per month, including gas/water/energy/municipal taxes and internet. I can furnish the room with a (single) bed, desk, wardrobe, etc., or clear it out if you prefer to bring your own things.
