Temporary room available in shared apartment in a prime location!

One of the bedrooms is becoming temporarily available, and you could stay there during this fixed period. A female tenant is preferred. Please read the description below carefully and only respond if you meet the requirements.

Rent:The price covers one months rent for the bedroom, including gas/water/electricity and internet, as well as use of the rest of the shared apartment.

Location and Apartment

The apartment is located around the corner from the City Center, the Amstel River, the Amstel Hotel, De Pijp, the UvA (University of Amsterdam), and the HvA (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences). An Albert Heijn supermarket and the Wibautstraat metro station are a five-minute walk away. Amsterdam Center and all the trendy spots in De Pijp are easily accessible on foot.

This is the best location in Amsterdam; there are fewer tourists because they mostly stick to the city center and popular tourist traps, yet you are still living in the heart of the city! The back of the apartment is wonderfully quiet, overlooking the neighbors' gardens. In the summer, the trees are in beautiful full bloom.

The apartment and bedroom are furnished.

Housemate

You will have one housemate: a 26-year-old woman. She is a working professional in IT, kind, and social. She works a lot and enjoys working out. She is a quiet roommate.

Requirements

- Payment: The full rent for the period of March 10, 2026, to May 25, 2026, must be paid in one lump sum upon arrival/start of the rental period/receipt of the key.

- Registration not possible!

- No couples

- No pets

- Non-smoking (absolutely no weed) and no other drug use.

- Visitors are not allowed, unless discussed with the roommate beforehand. This is to protect the peace and privacy of the roommate and the house.

- No overnight guests allowed (unless agreed upon with the housemate; see reason above).
