Spacious and quiet attic room of approximately 5 x 6 metres for rent in Amsterdam-Noord. The room has central heating and plenty of space for both living and studying comfortably.

The house is in a quiet part of trendy Amsterdam-Noord, located roughly between two metro stations. The metro is about a 56 minute walk away, and most parts of Amsterdam are easy to reach by bicycle. A bicycle may also be available to rent.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room. I like having a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at home, but I also value my privacy. So I am looking for someone who has her own life, enjoys having her own space and mainly uses her room as her own private place to study and relax.

Who am I looking for?

- Approximately 1725 years old

- Preferably a student

- English-speaking

- Very clean and tidy: you always clean up after yourself

- Quiet, respectful and reliable

- Not a party person

- Someone with a reasonably regular lifestyle

- Respectful of each others privacy and peace

- Having a friend over occasionally is absolutely fine, but the house is not intended as a place for large groups of friends

I am happy to share my home in a friendly and comfortable way with the person renting the room, while also keeping enough privacy and personal space for both of us.
