Looking for professional flatmate from Dec 1: age 30+, clean, respectful, keeps an early-ish schedule and works primarily at workplace. I'm a non-drinker who prefers a calm home environment. No smoking, drugs, parties, romantic overnight guests.

Great neighborhood in between the Amstel & de Pijp - with all the amenities - groceries & cafes on the corners, centrally located but on a quiet side street, nearby gyms & studios. Walk along the river nearby.

central location : 10 mins cycle to Amstel Station/ 15 mins to Ams CS/10 mins to RAI.

Your private room (11m2) is partially furnished with a bed & wardrobe (which you can remove if you prefer your own)

Common space: living room and kitchen mostly furnished, laundry room, bathroom with tub

Utilities - approx 130-150, incl internet, all utilities, city trash & water taxes
