The complex is located in Amsterdam's Slotervaart district. Inside the complex there are several rooms for student accommodation. Within minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam where you can find all facilities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Also, there are bus stops within walking distance and using public transport you can reach within 30 minutes at the central station or in many high schools and University of Amsterdam. 

The rooms, maximum habitable by one student (also PhD), vary in size and all have a neat finish. Kitchen and bathroom are shared by about five persons.

The rent for a furnished room of 20 m² is 515,- + 75,- furniture + 150,- (90+60) service costs. Total 740, - per month.  The rental period is for a fixed term.
