Youll live with me, a hospitality professional who enjoys good coffee and friendly conversation

Ideal for anyone working at least 36hrs/week full-time or interns alike

Shared living room and kitchen are fully equipped with a dryer, dishwasher, oven, and a brand-new washing machine

WFH one day a week is fine (just no dedicated office space)

Flooring upgrade underway: carpet being replaced with sleek laminate

Situated on a quiet, traffic-free street, yet right in the heart of the city

Very safe with a residential feel, great for peaceful living away from tourist noise

Excellent transport links: trams 1,2,3, 5,7,12, 13,19 nearby
