Studio room temporarily available for rent due to temporary stay abroad

The room has a private toilet, a private bathroom. The room has its own fridge, microwave and WIFI. All costs are included such as gas, water, electricity. There is also a washing machine available to wash your clothes. With private balcony.

Super location with tram in front of the door and shopping center.

Because I have to stay abroad temporarily for work, this room is available for 1 year (31 July 2026.

There are four other residents (working and student) in the house. They have their own studio/room with amenities. Everyone lives independently. There is no contact with each other. Music is only allowed with headphones. No parties are permitted. No drugs are allowed.
