Room available immediately in a apartment in the Ijburg, close to the stops of bus 66 (and 15 mins walk for tram 26). It takes 20 minutes by Tram 26 to Amsterdam Centraal and 20 mins with Bus 66. The best to have your own bike. This is a newly build house in the most recent island of Amsterdam created very recently.

Room has a private bathroom. The toilet is also separate. The apartment has washer, wireless internet.

Rent is 850.

The room is available only for a single person and not for couple.

The room pictures are attached, due to privacy reasons I'm not sharing the common area but you can see once you come for the visit.

I intend to share it with someone who respects privacy, friendly, non-smoker, responsible and takes care of the apartment.

Also, there should be an opportunity to have a nice chat occasionally and do things together dinners, movies etc.
