It is a 3 story flat where everyone has their own room, but we share bathroom and kitchen. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, couch and closet. You will share the flat with M. (female/35/working/Dutch), and two others who also move in in June. Rent includes gas, water, light, internet and waste taxes.
The lease is initially 3 months and will be extended als long as you follow the cleaning schedule and house rules :)
