BEFORE RESPONDING PLEASE READ:

- We are looking for only one person

- We can not respond to every message, as much as we'd like to, sorry!

- We don't have a student-vibe-home.

That being said, we are 2 friends (27 & 33) who own a nice family home in the north of Amsterdam. In that home we are renting out 2 furnished rooms (for one person).

Room 1: private living room with tv, couch, desk, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of storage.

Room 2: bedroom with a bed, comfy chair, (hanging) storage. Bedding is also included.

We are looking for a quiet, working (intership is also work) person between the ages of 23 - 40. A friendly person who is easygoing, good in communication, who keeps joint agreements and keeps communal areas tidy.

Communal areas are: bathroom & kitchen.

Downstairs area (garden and our own living room) is not part of the rent and thus not communal area.

We each go our own way at home and expect the same from the future tenant.

The rooms are available from the first of July until the first of October 2025 (with possible a couple of months extension)

Ps. We got a cat who lives in our livingroom downstairs.
