Currently the tenant will leave Room E per 9 June, so if you would like to take over the lease of the tenant from 10 June onwards, that is possible. The room advertised is Room E, however, on day of viewing, Room BC 15.5m2 (EUR 850) is also available to view as the tenant will move on a short term and you can indicate your interest.
