My name is Milad, and Im looking for a new roommate to share my apartment with. I lived with my previous roommate, Nika, for three years, but she recently moved to another city, so Im now looking for someone new to share the place with.

A little about me: I work in IT and enjoy music, going out, and staying active. On weekdays, I usually work until around 5 PM, then head to the gym. In the evenings, I might make some music, cook, or simply relax at home. Im a sociable person and enjoy having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home, while also respecting each others personal space.

Im looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, tidy, and easygoing. I believe mutual respect, keeping shared spaces clean and organized, and respecting each others privacy are important for a comfortable living environment. Ideally, you have a hybrid work schedule rather than working from home all the time. Im flexible myself, but I usually work from the office. Im also looking for a non-smoker.

The apartment is fully furnished, and the room comes with a bed, so you wont need to bring much with you.

The room is initially available for around six weeks, with the possibility of extending the stay by mutual agreement.
