I'm looking for a reliable tenant for my studio for a period of 4 months. Since I'm leaving a lot of my own belongings behind, I'm looking for someone tidy, careful, and trustworthy.

25m² + 10m² private balcony/terrace

Fourth (top) floor - no lift, though lots of natural light!

Located in Amsterdam Oost, near Frankendael

Rent: 1,250/month excl. utilities (approx. 1,400 incl.)

Available: 1 May 31 August

140cm bed with 4 storage drawers

Wardrobe with room divider
