Studio in Cornelis Lelylaan

I am temporarily renting out my studio (26 m²) for one month at 975 for the entire month of November. The studio is located in the Little Manhattan complex, right next to Lelylaan station. Situated on the 23rd floor, it offers a spectacular view over Amsterdam.

The studio is fully independent and comes with its own toilet, shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stovetop and a combination microwave oven. The living space is fully furnished, which means you can use my double bed (1.80 m wide), TV, all kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, tableware, and more.

Additionally, there is a shared laundry room available.

I also have a few plants; if you could water them occasionally, it would be greatly appreciated.

The rent includes gas, water, and electricity. I ask for a security deposit of 300. The studio is only available for the specified rental period. If youre interested, please send me a DM and briefly tell me a little about yourself.
