My studio is only available for the following three situations:
- You are a student and not yet officially living in Amsterdam. You have Dutch nationality, or a valid EU/EEA passport or residence permit.
- You are going through a divorce, can prove you are no longer living with your partner, and want to live close to your child(ren).
- You are renovating your house and need a temporary place to stay.

This cool studio is temporarily available from July 15th, 2025, for a maximum of one year.
The studio is rented furnished and semi-furnished with basic kitchen supplies. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
Registration at this address is required. Official rental with contract.
Info for candidates:
Not suitable for children or babies. Quiet after 10 PM is mandatory. No parties, no smoking, and no pets allowed. Strict building regulations apply.
UTILITY COSTS:
Rent is EXCLUDING utilities, which are about 135,- a month and exclusive and municipal taxes which are about 600,- a year.
Studio:
The apartment complex Westereind is a national monument.
Approx. 29m² with a sunny west-facing balcony (2m²). Private bike storage (2m²). Kitchen, shower, toilet, balcony, elevator, security cameras, building manager, regular cleaning of entrance and hallways.
Location:
Walking distance to Sloterdijk Station.
Furnishings:
Furnished and semi-furnished with fridge, freezer compartment, gas stove, microwave, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, pans, kettle, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes hangers, mirror.
You and I need to apply for a housing permit for you together before you are allowed to live in my home. This process can take a few days to several weeks.
The municipality of Amsterdam requires the following documents:
A copy of a valid ID (not a drivers license). Accepted IDs include a Dutch nationality ID, a valid EU/EEA passport, or a valid residence permit.
Proof of student status, such as a letter or certificate from your university.
A recent extract from the Personal Records Database (BRP), no older than 3 months. This document shows your civil status, address history, and other personal details.
