Criteria

To prevent rental arrears, on the commencement date you will pay the first 3 months' rent: 3 × 2.492,00 + 3 × 300,00 additional costs = 3 × 2.792.00.

Thereafter, at the start of the 2nd rental month you pay the 4th month's rent, at the start of the 3rd rental month you pay the 5th month's rent, and at the start of the 4th rental month you pay the 6th month's rent.

Minimum age: 21 years;

Non-EU citizens: valid residence permit with a minimum remaining validity of 6 months;

Strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, pets, parties, nuisance, or aggressive behaviour;
