Studio in Jacob van Lennepkade

Due to a long trip I am subletting my semi-studio from July 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026. Exact dates are negotiable.

It is a small but cozy semi-studio with its own separate kitchen and a shared bathroom (shared with 1 female housemate). The location is very central in Amsterdam Oud-West. The monthly rent is 1200 including bills and internet + tv.

Important to know:

- the studio is located above a bar and next to a busy road. It can be very noisy.

- registration is unfortunately not possible as I will still be listed as the main tenant.

- the place is only for one person
