Co-habitation is not allowed

Children are not allowed

Minimum age: 18 years

Security deposit is equal to one months rent

Rental period: at least 6 months and up to 24 months

Registration is possible: however, be aware of additional charges which you pay directly to the government. Approximately 295 for water board tax and 350 for waste collection fees per person each year, which will be divided proportionally.

Location and accessibility:

The studio is located in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Its a three-minute walk to the bus stops and five minutes to the Holendrecht metro or train station. Both the center of Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached within twenty minutes. A seven-minute walk takes you to the Holendrecht shopping center.

The complex also offers several facilities, such as a lounge and communal meeting area, as well as various hospitality options. There is a launderette where you can use the washing machines and dryers via the Pay2Wash app for a fee. A bicycle storage area is available, as well as parking facilities: reservations can be made through the My Way app.
