Studio in Rapenburg

Please send a message with your motivation (why you want to live here) and proof of income if you agree with all of the following conditions:

You will be living here alone the studio is for one person only.

You agree to a rental contract until the end of October 2026.

You are available for a viewing on July 4th and are also able to move in sometime that month.

On the fourth floor, you will find this bright and renovated studio of 18m². From here, there is a lovely view of the Montelbaanstoren (Oudeschans), making it the perfect place to unwind after a long workday while enjoying the charm of historic Amsterdam. The studio comes with its own private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a fridge and a washing machine.

The bunk bed with built-in storage can be taken over for a small fee, but we are open to either leaving it (along with a small table and chairs) or removing it upon request our preference is to leave the furniture.

Please note that internet is not included and must be arranged by the new tenant. In some cases, it may be possible to take over the connection from the current tenant.

Rapenburg is a rather quiet and very charming street, surrounded by cultural highlights and restaurants. Think of the renowned restaurant Gebroeders Hartering, NEMO, the Maritime Museum, and the Hortus Botanicus. Just around the corner is a peaceful, green terrace shared by local residents with views over the canals.

The apartment is centrally located with Waterlooplein, Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Kruidvat, Coffee Company, and Blokker all within walking distance. Nieuwmarkt, Amsterdam Central Station, and various bus, tram, and metro stops are also nearby, making it easy to get around the city.

The current tenant is relocating to Scandinavia on July 4, so viewings and move-in are possible on that day, provided a positive outcome.

Please note: the maximum rental period is until the end of October 2026, as the owner will return to live there from November onwards.
