Kamer in Goeman Borgesiusstraat

I'm looking for a friendly and tidy roommate for a room of approximately 8 m². The apartment is located in the south of Apeldoorn, not far from the train station. You'll have your own bedroom, and we'll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There's also a separate room set up as a home gym with a squat rack, which you're welcome to use if you're interested.

I am looking for someone with who it's fun to live with but who also respect each others privacy.

Also the room has no wallpaper or paint yet, so this still needs to be done.
