Going to study at HAN-ABS, VHL or ArtEz and still looking for a room?

From August 1 we have a nice room for rent in Presikhaaf, Arnhem, for 679 per month (from 1-1-26: 709). This includes gas, water, electricity, wireless internet and use of the washing machine.

It's a fully furnished room with lots of closet space and a large window. Toilets, bathroom and kitchen are tidy and clean. There is a garden with a BBQ and space for your bike. You can also rent a bike from us for 19 per month. The area is safe and quiet.

It's very close to HAN/ABS and Van Hall Larenstein (in Velp). You share the house with three people (including my friend and me). You cannot smoke in the house (but you may in the garden).

We speak English, Chinese, Dutch, and some German.
