This student room will be available from August 1st to October 31st.

It concerns a spacious room of 21 square meters with a balcony which you will share with 1 housemate. Because it is a temporary rental, I rent the room furnished. This means that the cupboards, desk, refrigerator, sofa, bed etc. will remain.

The room is centrally located in Presikhaaf, less than a 10-minute walk from a station and the supermarket, gym and any other shop you need is right below the apartment.

It is less than ten minutes walk away from the HAN and Van Hall Larenstein.

And about 15 minutes by bike to Artez.

Your housemates will be 2 internationals who like to have a chat.
