Kamer in Lippe Biesterfeldstraat

A room in my cozy apartment will temporarily become available on 1 January 2026. In total, there will be three roommates living in the apartment.

The room (1 on photos) is about 9.5 m² and costs 450 excluding, around 500 including. This room is available only for the month of January 2026, as a new housemate will move in February. The deposit for this room is also one months rent.

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor (no elevator). Both rooms have built-in closet space. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared between the three of us, and there is a shared balcony. Registration at the municipality is possible.

The location is excellent: a three-minute walk to the bus stop and Jumbo supermarket, right next to the beautiful Angerenstein Park, and about a fifteen-minute bike ride to HAN University.

Im looking for a female housemate aged 22 or older who is working or studying and appreciates a calm but friendly home. Its not a party house, but I enjoy movie nights or having a coffee or a glass of wine together.
