We offer a 20m² room with private cooking facilities. The shower is shared with three other residents. What makes this room extra special is that we are looking for someone who is willing to do paid handyman and caretaker tasks, averaging one day per week. Additionally, there are larger renovation projects where your skills will be highly valued. In the future, the room will be part of a transformation into an apartment, and we would love to realize this transition together with you!

The house:
A spacious townhouse in the Modekwartier (city center) of Arnhem, with a garden and terrace. The house has been completely renovated. The street features the Posttheater and, across from it, the Wine Museum with authentic wine cellars. A little further down the road, there is a sewing café offering fun workshops.
