Are you looking for a pleasant, bright room in a spacious home where real connection is possible? Then this might be your new place!
On the second floor of our spacious house (162 m²) in Schuytgraaf, we are offering a beautiful 15 m² furnished room with plenty of daylight and a stunning view over the neighbourhood. Its a quiet spot where you can retreat comfortably, but there is also room for warmth and friendliness.
Youll share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with us: a mother and two children (boy 11 and girl 7). We find it important that someone feels at home and is open to contact when we meet each other in the house. So were not looking for a strict door closed and thats it type of tenant, but someone who enjoys having the occasional chat and being part of a warm household.
We live vegan, and we prefer a tenant who is willing to follow this within the home.
We are looking for a tidy, non-smoking tenant with a well-kept and calm character.
Rent
The all-inclusive rent is 575 per month.
A lower rent is negotiable if you enjoy helping out as a babysitter from time to time.
It is also possible, for an additional fee, to join us regularly for meals or to cook and do groceries together.
