about me

i am 23, working in real estate in beverwijk and studying in utrecht. im usually only home in the evenings during the week to sleep, and from friday until sunday i stay with my family. So basically, youll have the apartment almost all to yourself .

house rules

the apartment is made available through my employer, so i want to keep it in a good condition, so:

no smoking in the apartment

visitors only in consultation

i follow the same rules myself, so its a safe space for us both with open communication

availability

the pictures show the apartment during renovation, but in about 2 weeks it will be completely finished and delivered in perfect condition.

Vibe & ideal roommate

im looking for someone independent, responsible and emotionally intelligent. No drama, just open and respectful communication if something comes up. I like a girls-support-girls vibe: no judgement, just being yourself. If we feel social, we can do something fun together, like a movie night (halloween is coming up ). I grew up with 3 sisters, so i know how to share a home, respect boundaries and live together in a considerate way. I also have experience living on my own: I did an internship in dubai and a minor in rabat, that i just got back from. I often travel for school, work or holidays, so dont expect me to be around every night, but you can count on me to respect you and give you your space.
