Im looking for a calm, social, tidy, and flexible person who values a clean home. Someone who doesnt smoke, doesnt use drugs, and doesnt drink excessively.

If you value your privacy, well probably be a good match but I also appreciate the occasional friendly chat or shared coffee.

The room is available for temporary rental, but a longer stay can be discussed.

Well be sharing a 74m² furnished apartment on the first floor, with a balcony and wifi.

The room comes with a new bed, desk, nightstand, and chair (all purchased in November 2024).

Rent: 750 per month

Deposit: one-time payment of 1000
