Kamer in Johanna Ufkesstraat

I, Anneke, (woman, 35 years old, working) live in a suburb of Breda with my cat Indah (9 years old) and dog Luna (Swiss White Shepherd of 8 months).

I have a nice house with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath, and a garden. The supermarket (Lidl) is less than a 5-minute walk away, a train station is a 10-minute walk away and you can reach the highway by car within a few minutes. By bike you are in the city center in 20/25 minutes.

I will rent out a furnished room on the first floor for 7 months (June to December 2025). We share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet and you can use the garden. You can also store a bicycle in the shed. The living room is not for shared use, only when we occasionally decide to eat together or want to catch up with a cup of tea.

I am looking for a nice, quiet housemate who has her own life (study/work, friends, sports etc.) and who has no problem feeding and drinking the animals when I am not there.
