Kamer in Johanna Ufkesstraat

I (woman, 35 years old, working) am looking for someone who wants to share my house with my housemate Happiness (23 years old, from Nigeria, interning in Breda and studying in Paris) during the 10 weeks that I will be working remotely from Innsbruck, Austria. It concerns a temporary rental period from July 13 to September 22. This period cannot be extended!

The rental price of 600 per month includes utilities, internet and cleaning costs (a cleaner comes once every 2 weeks).

The house is located in a suburb of Breda (Haagse Beemden). It is a nice house with two furnished bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a (wild ;-)) (fruit) garden. (The furniture in the living room is currently arranged slightly different compared to the photos.)

The supermarket (Lidl) is less than a 5-minute walk away, a train station is a 10-minute walk away and you can reach the highway within a few minutes. The city center can be reached by bike in 20 minutes.

I am looking for a nice, quiet housemate who leads her own life (study/work, friends, sports, etc.) and who is not allergic to cats. You will take care of my cat Indah together with Happiness.
