The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. Occupancy by two people is possible for an additional 100 per month.

I would prefer to rent the studio to someone who does not need it during every weekend, as I require the space for my own use thenspecifically from 6:00 PM on Friday until 6:00 PM on Sunday.

This would only be a maximum of two weekends per month.
