Detached studio with private entrance.

Concerns an outbuilding next to our own home.

You enter a hall with a toilet. On one side there is access to the complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven, 4-burner induction hob and refrigerator. There is also room for a dining area and cupboard(s).

On the other side of the hall, access to a bedroom/living area with separate bathroom with spacious shower and sink.

Both rooms are electrically heated.

The studio is rented furnished.

There is also an attic (also used by the owner) where there may be room for extra storage.

You can use (part of) the garden after consultation.

Train- and busstation Heerhugowaard nearby (less than 10 min by bike).

Shopping center within walking distance.

Additional costs: energy estimated at 100 euros per month. Own meter cupboard available.
