Your bedroom is around 13 m² with a built-in closet and we would share

the living room, kitchen, and an extra room that could be used as a home office or walk-in closet (Option to rent the extra room too if you need more space)

Amsterdam & Utrecht in 25 min by train

Albert Heijn and gym literally next door

Ideal if you want to be close to the city but enjoy a bit more peace and space

Im 23 and in september Im gonna start my first fulltime job in hospitality. Because of my changing work shifts, Im looking for someone who likes to hang out but also values privacy and is overall a bit out of the wild party phase. I was born and raised in Germany but Ive moved to NL about 4 years ago, so I speak fluent Dutch, English and German.
