u cannot register on this adres because I want to rent it for a short term and I want later to come to live there.

I am renovating and then we will move in ourselves, you may suffer from noise and dust, so keep this in mind. I don't work there every day and upstair is, as u can see almost finished.

Your room is perfect, new and clean, there is another person living in this house.

I am looking for a decent working student, rather a PHD candidate or someone who leaves in the morning and comes home in the evening.

This room is still much cheaper than a hotel.

Kitchen is simple but fine.
