Starting November 7, I'm renting out 10 m² + 8 m² for several months. The bedroom is 10 m², and you'll also have your own 8 m² room on the second floor, with a table and a private kitchenette. This additional space is ideal for working, studying, or having a meal.

The house also features a comfortable living room, a spacious shared kitchen, a bathroom, and even a dedicated fitness room. You're welcome to use all the shared facilities.

One other tenant lives in the house. I'll be away throughout December, meaning only two people will be living in the house during that month.

Some minor finishing and renovation work is still being completed in a few areas, but this won't affect everyday use of the house.

The location is excellent: just a 10-minute bike ride from Utrecht Science Park, with forests and nature right on your doorstep. A shopping centre is only a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach Neude, in the heart of Utrecht, within 15 minutes by bike. Bus connections are also within walking distance, making public transport easily accessible.
