Kamer in Padmoes

As of June 1, I will be renting out a room in my rental apartment (75 m2). This concerns a room of 2.10m x 3.10m. The living room, kitchen, shower, toilet and balcony are for general use.

There is a spacious bicycle shed and free parking spaces downstairs. TU Delft is 10 minutes away by bike, train station and center of Delft are 15 minutes away. The apartment is located in a quiet, green area, 5 minutes from Delftse Hout. The Emerald shopping center, including an Albert Heijn, is a 5-minute walk away. Bus stop is in front of the door.

I am looking for a female co-tenant, age 18-35, studying or working is both fine. I am 26 years old and work and study part-time. I have two cats who will mainly be in the living room, so an animal lover is appreciated .
