· Additional costs: approx. 200 (electricity ~100, internet ~35, local taxes ~20)

· Total monthly cost: ~1,400 all inclusive

· Rooms: 2 bedrooms (large room 16m², small room 11m²)

· Furniture: Since the apartment was empty (except for the kitchen) when we moved in, we would like to sell our furniture and washing machine to the new tenant. Only contact if you agree with this.

· Large room: fully furnished

· Small room: unfurnished

· Furniture price (total 450):

- Large room (230): bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, 2 wardrobes, filing cabinet, black bookshelf (1 unit), IKEA armchair, round carpet, curtains

- Small room (0): empty

- Shared/common (220): living room furniture, washing machine, trash bin, storage shelves, etc.

· Registration: possible for up to 2 people. You can take it alone or with a roommate, but in any case, we are looking for someone to take over the whole apartment.

· Move-in date: available from October 28. Viewing possible next week.
